FAQ
when do sessions take place?
In studio sessions are typically shot during best lighting time at the studio. This varies on time of year but typically between 10am-2pm. Outdoor sessions are done during the last hour before sunset for optimal lighting and that beautiful glow! If the weather is overcast we will move your session up by an hour to ensure best light.
how many photos do I get?
The amount of photos you receive is entirely up to you! The Willow Experience includes a full gallery with minimum of 75 images. The highlight experience includes 25 images with the option to add more/upgrade to full gallery.
how do I book?
Fill out the Reach Me! form and someone will be in touch with you within 48 hours! A $200 retainer is required to hold your date/time and the remaining amount is due one week prior to your session.
When can i expect to receive my photos?
During non peak season, turn around time is 2 weeks for a gallery. This can fluctuate due to business but we will be sure to keep you up to date on when to expect your images!
what is the rescheduling policy?
The retainer is non refundable but is able to be transferred to a new date as long as we have at least a two weeks notice. Rain happens, but we will work together to move your session if absolutely need be. Rescheduling for weather is only permitted by me.
can I borrow your client closet pieces?
1,000% YES! The Willow Experience includes full access to it! We love when our outfits are used! And we are so thrilled to help you style. If we don't have something we will help you find it and order! We are always cycling out and adding new items Reach out to us to book your styling appointment!
