With each family I spend time with, I get to see a glimpse of what makes them special.
With the Aters, I saw a dad who couldn't stop smiling watching his family. The way he looked at them, with so much love and joy, was bringing me to tears while editing. I saw a mama who would do anything for her babies. Her happy place was with them in her arms. I saw a family who exuded joy and a grateful heart. And oh how contagious that is.
